1. Basic $125.00

INGROUND Closing includes blowing out lines, installing your plugs where necessary, drain filter and pump, remove ladders and handrails and putting them by your pool side.

ABOVE GROUND Closing includes disconnecting pump and filter, installing your plate on skimmer, installing your plugs, where necessary &  removing ladders. (Under deck filters are an extra $75.00. Cover and all chemicals to be installed by homeowner.)

A fuel surcharge of .45 cents per mile traveled from our office will be added to all closings!

 

2. In Ground Dollar Saver $225.00  or  Above Ground Dollar Saver $175.00

Closing includes blowing out lines with air, winterizing filter, removing ladders and handrails, installing cover. One winterization kit is an extra charge with this price, depending on the size of your pool. (Water bag covers are an extra $.75 per bag to fill. Tarps or over size covers will be an extra $50.00. Filters under decks will be $75.00 Extra)

Please read this contract thoroughly.  There will be an EXTRA CHARGE of $15.00 for any pools that we did not open! If the payment is not in advance or at the time of closing an EXTRA CHARGE of $25.00 will be applied to your bill. You are responsible to add the proper state tax to your closing costs. No pools will be closed without a signed contract.

When we arrive it is your responsibility to have the pool clean and free of debris, the water pumped down to the level at which you are comfortable with each year for the closing, (We suggest that the water to be at least 2” below the bottom of the skimmer face plate.) if this is not done you may request us to clean the pool and pump it down to the proper closing level which we will do for an EXTRA CHARGE. We also require that the area around the pool and filter is free of debris, sticker bushes close tree branches, & or poison ivy, oak, sumac, pool toys & animal droppings. That all anchors for safety covers are operational and move freely up and down. All plugs, Gizzmoes, covers and or water bags should be by the poolside. Failure to have all or any part of the above not completed upon the scheduled closing date. Will result in rescheduling at our convenience and a service charge of $35.00 will be charged to you. However, we will be glad to perform the extra work at your request for an additional fee of $65.00 for first ½ hour or any part of it, and $60.00 for any hour or part of an hour after that.
